These terms apply to the planning and event services provided by Taamzaam Weddings & Events. By booking our services or using this website, you agree to them.

Quotes and bookings

All quotes are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed once the agreement is signed and the advance payment is received.

Payments

Payments follow the schedule in your agreement. Third-party vendor costs may be payable directly to vendors or through us, as agreed in writing.

Changes and additions

Changes to dates, guest numbers, venues or scope may affect costs and availability. We will confirm any revised costs before proceeding.

Cancellations and postponements

Cancellation and postponement terms, including any non-refundable amounts, are set out in your agreement. Vendor cancellation policies apply to their services.

Vendors and venues

We coordinate vendors and venues on your behalf, but each is responsible for its own services, safety and compliance. We are not liable for their acts or omissions.

Photos and content

We may use photos and videos of events we plan for our portfolio and social media, unless you ask us in writing not to.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the affected service. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
